Can guest customers earn TABA Coins?
Yes. Even if you check out as a guest, you can still earn TABA Coins and participate in parts of our loyalty program.Here’s how it works:Your loyalty activity is recorded based on the email address used at checkout.If you later create an account using the same email address, your eligible TABA Coins and loyalty activity can be recognized and made available in your account.If you sign up with a different email address, the system may not recognize those past guest orders as belonging to the same customer, so your previous points or loyalty activity may not appear automatically.Please note that you’ll need to create or activate an account in order to access, redeem, and use your rewards.

What is the TABA Loyalty Program?
The TABA Loyalty Program is our way of rewarding you for shopping, engaging, and growing with us.
You can earn TABA Coins through eligible actions like placing orders, signing up, celebrating your birthday, following us, sharing with friends, and writing product reviews. You can then redeem your Coins for rewards and unlock even more perks through our VIP tiers.
How do I earn TABA Coins?
You can currently earn TABA Coins through the following actions:
- Place an order — earn 6 TABA Coins for every $1 spent
- Sign up — earn 150 TABA Coins
- Celebrate a birthday — earn 100 TABA Coins
- Share on Facebook — earn 50 TABA Coins
- Follow on Instagram — earn 25 TABA Coins
- Write a product review — earn 100 TABA Coins
Eligible actions may be updated from time to time as our loyalty program evolves.
How do I redeem my TABA Coins?
You can currently redeem your TABA Coins in two ways:
- 100 TABA Coins = $1 off
- 1000 TABA Coins = 15% off coupon
To redeem:
- Log in to your account
- Open the Rewards panel
- Choose the reward you want
- Redeem your TABA Coins
- Apply the reward code at checkout
Are TABA Coins applied automatically at checkout?
No. TABA Coins are not automatically deducted at checkout.
You’ll need to redeem your Coins in the Rewards panel first. Once redeemed, you’ll receive a reward or discount code that can be applied during checkout.
Can I use my TABA Coins directly like cash?
Not directly at checkout.
TABA Coins need to be converted into a reward first through the Rewards panel. Once you redeem them, you can use the reward code on your order.
How do I check my TABA Coins balance?
You can check your balance by opening the TABA Coin entry at the bottom right corner of the page. Once inside, you’ll be able to see your TABA Coins balance, available rewards, and VIP status.
Do TABA Coins expire?
Yes.
Customer points begin to expire after 365 days. We recommend checking your balance regularly and redeeming your TABA Coins before they expire.
Can I use multiple rewards at the same time?
This may depend on how discounts are applied at checkout and whether other promotions are active. In general, some rewards may not be combinable with other discounts or offers.
If you’re unsure whether a reward can be used with another promotion, please contact us before placing your order.
What is the referral program?
Our referral program lets you share TABASQUISHY with friends and get rewarded when they shop.
Current referral offer:
- Your friend gets 15% off
- You get 15% off too
It’s our way of saying thanks for spreading the squishy love.
How does the referral reward work?
When you share your referral link with a friend and they make a qualifying purchase, they’ll receive 15% off, and you’ll receive your 15% off reward too.
Make sure your friend uses your referral link correctly so the referral can be tracked.
What are VIP tiers?
Our VIP program rewards you as you continue shopping with us. The more TABA Coins you earn, the more exclusive rewards and perks you unlock.
VIP tiers:
- Bronze — starts at 0 TABA Coins
- Silver — unlocks at 1,000 TABA Coins
- Gold — unlocks at 2,500 TABA Coins

What is the difference between entry rewards and tier perks?
Entry rewards are one-time rewards you receive when you enter a new VIP tier.
Tier perks are the ongoing benefits that come with being in that tier.
Do I get VIP rewards every time I place an order?
Not exactly.
Your regular orders can help you earn TABA Coins, and earning more Coins can help you move up VIP tiers.
However, entry rewards are only awarded once when you enter a tier, not every time you place an order.
Can I earn TABA Coins from writing a review?
Yes.
You can earn 100 TABA Coins for writing a product review.
This is a great way to earn extra Coins while helping other customers discover products they’ll love.
Can I transfer my TABA Coins to someone else?
TABA Coins are tied to your account and are generally not transferable.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?
If an order is canceled or refunded, any TABA Coins associated with that order may be adjusted accordingly.
Why didn’t I receive my points or reward?
There could be a few reasons:
- You were not logged into your account
- The qualifying action was not completed correctly
- The reward has not yet been processed
- The action is not eligible under the loyalty program rules
- The referral or review was not tracked properly
