Shipping FAQs

    1. How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

     

    2. How long will it take to get my order?

    Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed during the weekend or on U.S. nationally observed holidays are processed the following business day. If you do not receive an order shipment confirmation and it has been more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service team at service@tabasquishy.com for assistance.

    USA & Canada Delivery: 8-12 Business Days

    UK Delivery: 10 Business Days

    DE Delivery: 10-15 Business Days

    FR Delivery: 15-20 Business Days

    All Other Countries :15-24 Business Days

    THESE ARE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international customs sorting. Please note! Severe weather conditions across the U.S. may delay shipping on all orders

    Please note that the day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.

    After your item has been shipped, you'll receive your tracking number and have the ability to view the exact ETA of your package, anytime, anywhere through your confirmation email or on our site.

    Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery is impacted by your selected shipping method.

     

    3. What should I do if my package is lost/stolen?

    Sorry to hear! However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package in transit.

    Please contact the carrier. We would be happy to provide you with any information about the carrier responsible for your delivery.

    1. Can I customize my products?

    If you’d like a personalized squishy, including custom squishies of your pets, we’d love to help! 🐾 Please feel free to contact us at service@tabasquishy.com before placing your order to learn more about the customization process and details. We’re excited to bring your ideas to life! 

     

    2. Are your products eco-friendly?

    Yes, we prioritize environmental responsibility.

    Many of our toys are made from eco-friendly materials.

     

    3. Do you regularly introduce new products?

    Yes, we continuously introduce new and exciting products to cater to various party needs.

    Discounts

    1. How do I use a discount code?

    Enter your discount code at checkout to enjoy the discount. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team at service@tabasquishy.com.

     

    2. What discounts do you offer?

    We offer seasonal discounts and promotions. Please subscribe to our newsletter to receive the latest discount information.

     

    3. What if I forget to use my discount code?

    If your order hasn’t been finalized, you can return to the checkout page to enter your discount code.

    Once your order has been placed/completed, we cannot apply a discount to it, unfortunately. However, you’re welcome to use the discount code for your next order.

     

    4. Are there any other discounts or promotions I can take advantage of?

    Absolutely! Join our Ambassador Program to unlock exclusive discounts, early access to new products, and special promotions. If you’re interested, please contact us at service@tabasquishy.com.

     

    Orders

    1. Can I change or cancel my order?

    If your order has not been shipped yet, we can help you change or cancel it. Please contact our customer service team at service@tabasquishy.com ASAP.

    After an order is fulfilled and shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, unfortunately.

     

    2. Can I return or get a refund for my purchase?

    We hope that every product can win the affection of customers.

    However, if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, or received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of the shipment delivery date. Please contact TABASQUISHY customer service team at service@tabasquishy.com.

    Please stay in contact with our customer service representatives until your after-sales request is fully resolved. Returns received past the allowable date or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.

    3. What payment methods do you accept?

    4. Do I need to pay customs tax?

    In many cases, customers do not have to pay any custom taxes. However, for the International Customers, please pay special attention to your own local 'tax and custom' regulations before placing the order.

    TABASQUISHY  are no longer pay the tax and custom fee for the customers. You are responsible to check the requirements and regulations of your country before placing an order.
