After an order is fulfilled and shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, unfortunately.
Can I return or get a refund for my purchase?
We hope that every product can win the affection of customers.
However, if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, or received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of the shipment delivery date. Please contact TABASQUISHY customer service team at service@tabasquishy.com.
Please stay in contact with our customer service representatives until your after-sales request is fully resolved. Returns received past the allowable date or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order onour websiteor the carrier's website.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays are processed the following business day. If you do not receive an order shipment confirmation and it has been more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service team at service@tabasquishy.com for assistance.
